Welcome to my online portfolio. My name is Katie Wright and I am a MA Interior Design student at Coventry University. I aspire to create and enhance the design industry by using innovative and thoughtful designs through all of my projects. I am specifically interested in the conservation and renovation of abandoned and run down buildings and the use of sustainable materials with the intention to enhance every building to it's utmost potential. 03 Design style
My design style involves a variation of different techniques. I thoroughly enjoy exploring all types of design and researching into new and interesting topics. I like to use tactile pieces of information in my projects so people can understand textures and elements of the building they may not of understood before. I enjoy creating vision and mood boards to start piecing together spaces and getting a general idea of what sort of environment I am designing. This also helps me figure out what the best design is for my client.
